Questions Concerning Domestic Assault of American Citizens by elements connected with the Department of Defense.

I am withholding my name for reasons that I will not explain here, in this article, and I will use the pseudonym "David Andrew" in referring to myself. I have been researching, via Internet, for bona fide post-Janurary 2001 cases of covert domestic harassment and assault of American citizens by any United States goverment agency, and in particular by elements connected to the Department of Defense, and in doing so have been assessing Allen L. Barker's allegations posted at the website www.datafilter.com; in the course of assessing Mr. Barker's allegations his website became unreachable since early this year (2006).

In researching for the above-referred information pertaining to bona fide cases of covert domestic harassment and assault of American citizens I have found a number of claims that appear to be dubious however Allen L. Barker's allegations have raised my attention because his claims, in terms of technical fesability, contain some significant accurate information and because his approach appears well organized and has been expressed over a period of many years. I am assessing Allen L. Barker's claims with an understanding that some of his claims could be in inaccurate but that the core of his allegations may be true or that Allen. L. Barker is, possibly, disseminating misinformation in an effort to confuse the "media 'enviroment'" for any substantial claims that can be made.

I am an inventor and non-degreed engineer working in Los Angeles and Santa Monica California. I am able to provide strong and compelling evidence that elememts connected to the Department of Defense are involved in domestic harassment and assault of American citizens; this concerns issues that are sensitive that cannot be made public at the present time. I am trying to establish 'safe-passage' to speak with a FISA judge or to the Senate Intelligence Committee where I can provide the above referred evidence. I have been largely "marginalized" in terms of my mobility and in terms of my ability to disseminate information concerning this issue.
