Josh Wolf was granted bail on Thursday! Wolf had been in for a month for refusing to turn over video from a protest in San Francisco last year to a federal grand jury.

"If I were to give those tapes to them, then I stop being an independent journalist and become a de facto investigator for the government,'' Wolf, 24, told reporters outside the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which on Thursday ordered he be released on his own recognizance.
